DILL BUILDING
The Dill Building is a ground up office building for many different tenants. Focusing on how the exterior of the building can enhance the interior through light and color.
The charcoal brick of the building is sliced by a series of chartreuse strips of window and light filters. Dancing around the building, these pops of color break apart the singular facade and add rhythm and scale.

At the entrance a monumental stair brings patrons up into the lobby, under an oversized cantilever. A singular bent metal stair feels light and ephemeral against the illuminated facade.
